1.Offer Details
This offer applies to installation labour for full kitchen and bathroom renovation projects carried out by BSM Contracts Ltd. ("BSM Contracts") The discount does not apply to materials, fixtures, appliances, repairs, replacements, or maintenance.

2.Supply Requirement

The 15% discount applies only to full kitchen or bathroom installations supplied by BSM Contracts. Clients may provide small individual items (e.g., taps, mirror cabinets) if they wish, but the overall kitchen or bathroom must be supplied by BSM Contracts. The offer cannot be applied to projects where the majority of the bathroom or kitchen is client-supplied.

3.Eligibility
To qualify for the discount, the client must confirm their project and pay the required deposit between 1st April and 30th April 2026. Projects booked outside of this period are not eligible for the 15% labour discount.

4.Scope of Work

This promotion is valid only for full kitchen or bathroom installations. It does not cover repairs, replacements, maintenance, or partial installations.

5.Booking & Survey
A site survey and quotation will be arranged by BSM Contracts once initial contact is made. Labour discounts will only be applied to projects that meet the booking and deposit requirements above.

6.Installation Dates
Installation does not need to occur in April but must be completed before 1st October 2026. The installation schedule will be agreed with the client and is subject to BSM Contracts availability.

7.Location
The offer is valid for projects undertaken in Glasgow and surrounding areas within BSM Contracts standard service area.

8.Exclusions

Materials, fixtures, appliances, and third-party specialist services (where applicable) are not included in the discount.

Employees, sub-contractors, and immediate family members of BSM Contracts are not eligible for this promotion.

9.Limited Availability
BSM Contracts operates with a limited installation schedule. Discounted labour rates are only available while installation slots remain. BSM Contracts reserves the right to close the promotion early if availability is exhausted.

10.Modification & Cancellation
BSM Contracts reserves the right to suspend, cancel, or modify this offer at any time for any reason without notice. Projects booked and deposits paid prior to any suspension, cancellation, or modification will still be honoured at the discounted rate.

11.Final Decision
Any questions regarding this offer will be determined by BSM Contracts, whose decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
